Please Penelope, Not Today
Jul. 4th, 2008 11:06 amHappy 4th of July everyone! I actually don't have anything special to do today. Perhaps see the parade in my town and then go to my aunt's house to see fireworks. Whooo... See my lack of enthusiasm? Nothing fun is happening around here. I'm not of age yet so doing anything stupid with the 'rents around, would be irrational and stupid. Being in this transitional age kind of sucks. However, I do have to finish packing and prepare the best I can for New York. I am leaving in 3 days. Still waiting impatiently. Ugh, although i have to leave my house for the airport at like 6:30 AM. Ew, So, I'll have to get up at like 5... Wow suckage. I may as well just not sleep.
Randomly visited my Xanga page today. Talk about boring and whatnot. I realized I have way too many web communities and blogs that I am involved with. I've deleted my posts that weren't important and am just keeping it to view friend's posts. Both friends don't post. Ironically, one is Adam and the other is my ex Jarrod. Adam never blogs. Jarrod is occasional.
Funny thing is, Jarrod had asked me to rejoin Xanga because he was going to blog again. Me being the nosy person that I am, redid my xanga with a new username and found out that he's not really writing at all. Ugh, I can't delete it and I can't save it. I did what was best. Took everything that I thought was revealing and omitted it off my page. Now it's blank and I can still visit other people's pages. I believe that having a Facebook, Myspace, and LiveJournal are enough, don't you?
I haven't done one good thought, one bad thought in a while.
Good: I'm leaving for GDF in 3 days. I reinstalled Zoomtext on my laptop so it works now. Yay, I won't have to strain my eyes in New York. I had a really good time last night at tha Gala which is a festival held in my town.
Bad: My sister won't leave me alone and is being a pissy cunt about everything. I want an apartment next summer for the entire summer. They can see me but not on an everyday basis.
