Monopoly Isn't My Thing

I always get asked if I want to play whenever someone is playing Monopoly. I SUCK at Monopoly. What's the point in playing a game involving money when all mine gets taken from me? Haha, ridiculous! I guess it's just one of those games that I just can't win. (Thus concludes my random thought about Monopoly which I have never shared with anyone.)

Waking up this morning, I expected it to be terribly humid and sticky. With a fan on, it's actually bearable. My dog Mingke (pronounced Ming Key) was a total sweetheart. Mingke is a pekingese poodle cross. He was in the laundry room because that's where he sleeps at night. I opened the door and he zoomed out awaiting the outside venture for the morning.  I got his leash and he actually started dancing because he loves rolling in the grass and all over my feet when we're outside. We went out walked around the yard, he did his business and did plenty of rolling on the ground. Once back inside, he snuggled up to me. What a wonderful cuddle session! *smile* Dogs are so amazing.... He was super fuzzy because we had shaved him for the summer.

There are a lot of things to be done. FAFSA crap for school is one of them. How sucky is that?! *sigh* NIU still needs garbage from me. Why can't financial aid be easier to deal with?

I leave for GDF on Monday! 4 days of waiting impatiently.. Breathe in, and out.... in, and out.....
