An Update

The band/choir concert begins in exactly 14 hours. I will be singing in the choir and in a smaller ensemble consisting of 10 people. The choir will be singing Our Children, Lullaby, Let Everything That Hath Breath, and a horrible four part arrangement of Defying Gravity. I am not looking forward to that last tune. Our small ensemble will be performing Under the Boardwalk. Barb and I have the melody. Yay us! I have yet to find a suitable outfit. I think I need to purchase a pair of black pants.
I haven't updated in a while. i do recall being extremely angry in my last post.
Mr. iPod guy finally gave me an installment of $50.
Things are going a lot better than they were a week ago.
There are only two more weeks of school and then I have summer online courses. I am enrolled into Geography 203 and U.S. History. Hopefully these classes will get me some easy credits. I am not very fond of history or geography. It's hard for me to get into it. Plus if I am traveling in the summer, I can take my class with me in the form of a laptop. *grin* Six credits here I come!
My english teacher gave me an extension on my paper. It is due Wednesday. I went in and spoke with her. She and I have a better relationship now that I piped up and spoke with her about my issues. I am so happy she understands.
I bought an electric guitar off of my friend. It is black and white. A small amp was also included.
I owe her $50 and that will be that. $100 is not a bad deal for a guitar and an amp.
Lastly, I had a LOT of fun with Barb last night. We were laughing. I spent the night at her house.
Gosh, it's getting to that point where I might need a fan up in my bedroom. It is ridiculously hot in here.....
